Participation on a Committee is limited to currentSDARFC Members. Committee meetings are independently scheduled by the Committee Chair and may conflict with each other. Please be aware that all Committee Membership is voluntary, but does require a committment of time, energy and effort (in varying degrees).

Fundraising and Recruitment Committee	Chair: Vlad
Responsible for organizing and developing all SDARFC fundraising events, recruiting drives and socials. The more successful these events, the lower yearly membership dues, the more players we have (and more tournaments we can afford to attend), the more people interested in the SDARFC, the higher visibilty we can provide for rugby!
Practice and Pitch Committee	Chair: Vlad
Responsible for organizing and developing SDARFC practices, matches, tournaments and clinics. Will also work towards establishing a Home Pitch (and will work in support of other local teams in leveraging our negotiations in that arena). Will work in conjunction with SDARFC support staff, coaches, board members and other committees.
Sponsorship Committee	Chair: Noah
Responsible for organizing and developing relationships with potential sponsors and marketing the SDARFC to the community. Also will be responsible for developing and maintaining Sponsorship Packages and a Home Bar for the SDARFC. Works in conjunction with other committees and board members.
Website and Identity Committee	Chair: TJ
Responsible for creating and maintaining a distinct and consistent identity for the SDARFC. Provides communication tools for players, support staff and supporters via the website and is responsible for weekly team notices and communiques. Works in conjunction with other committees and the SDARFC Board.
