SDARFC BYLAWS The 2004 SDARFC Bylaws   The SDARFC Bylaws have been ratified. Now the SDARFC can proceed with establishing it's non-profit status, and finalize it's incorporation. The Bylaws may be reviewed yearly for amendments.
